Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain or store your images on our servers beyond the time required for enhancement. Enhanced output images are also purged immediately after download. Technical log data (IP addresses, timestamps) may be retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted.

We automatically remove all EXIF metadata from your images before processing, including GPS location data, camera model information, and timestamps, protecting your privacy.

We use the following third-party services which may collect data subject to their own privacy policies:

• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated usage analytics (Vercel Privacy Policy)
• Replicate / AI processing backend — image enhancement processing only; images are not stored by the provider after processing

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and Content Security Policy headers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

PhotoGenerator.ai is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly. Our advertising is tagged to indicate it is not directed at children as required by COPPA.
